Mt. Hood Bed & Breakfast

Worst experience ever. I booked with them weeks prior and confirmed with them twice regarding the date to ensure we were both on the same page. I drove hours to the location only to find myself waiting for 2 hours. I kept calling them and left 25-plus calls. I sent them emails and messages through their website without receiving acknowledgment. I was excited about the weekend gateway, but this place made it the worst. I wouldn't be returning or recommending them. I wish I could give them 0 instead of 1. Very disappointed.

Our hostess, Sydney, was so kind and hospitable. Amazing views of the mountains. You can see Rainer and Hood. Lovely, comfortable rooms. Lots of grounds to explore too!

Such a beautiful and picturesque place. We woke up with the most amazing view of the mountain. The owner is a very sweet lady and made us such a good breakfast. Walked around the pear orchard and the forest they have on their property and we had a great time enjoying the surroundings.

Booked via Airbnb. We arrived minutes after check in time. Nobody was on site, someone elses stuff was in our room, no answer on the phone and no voicemail, and no response to our text messages. We booked the separate cabin to celebrate a special event. Much driving, planning, and waiting went into this trip. Unfortunately we booked with Mt. Hood bnb it nearly ruined our celebration! Thankfully Mary and Steve took us in at the Parkdale Inn. I don't know what changes Mt. Hood bnb has had, but the yard is over grown, floors dirty, wicker furniture is old, cracked, smelly bathrooms in the party/wedding area. We were concerned possibly something had happened to someone so we shouted out, looked around a little but the place was a ghost town. Not the impression we got from their advertising or previous reviews.
