Thank God I had a stellar agent, and mortgage broker or Aimee Davis would have lost us our current home. She went out of her way to make sure we would lose our bid, due to her recieving a higher offer AFTER our offer had be accepted by HER client. She refused to get sign offs from the contractor, or provide their information, causing us to spend over $3000 EXTRA on our downpayment, due to having to renew the lock on the interest rates 5 TIMES! Our intrest rate went from 3.5% to 4.1% within the amount of time it took to finally get it signed off. She did not do her due diligence, went out of her way to not work with our realtor, causing our move in date to extended from Dec to March, and was continuing to show our house up until the day prior to us receiving our keys.
