        Call to get a quote was asked to hold on so they could look up the pricing for the equipment I wanted to rent when the lady came back on the phone more than five minutes later she had no clue what she was supposed to be doing I dont appreciate being left on hold for you to come back and have to start completely over you need somebody competent answering your phones
