Not only did he answer the phone immediately but he was at my house in 15 minutes. I was having a really stressful morning with a clogged toilet and he took care of the problem quickly. He definitely has my business in the future. Good job sir Service: Sewer cleaning

We had a leaking sewer pipe which was discovered on a Sunday. I Iooked up plumbers in the area and based on reviews and the fact they are open 24/7, we choose to call Pepe Le Phew. I was told that he could come out now for double the fee or we could wait until tomorrow. We choose to wait until the following day in which he said he had two appointments first thing in the morning and then he could come by. I said that would be great, we will see tomorrow, thank you. Tomorrow came and he never showed up or called to reschedule. He left us hanging. Had he been honest we could have used that time to locate another plumber to fix are plumbing. Mind you, this is a duplex so this left two family's needing to find alternatives to getting by with out water or sewer until the problem was solved. Being ghosted and not arriving as stated, prolonged our problem. Just plain RUDE!
