Bouquet Flower Shop

When the arrangement was delivered, I noticed the bottom was wet. I put a saucer under it, luckily because it leaked. I received the arrangement on April 29 and it was wet. I checked every day and despite the fact that the foam was still wet, at least 60% of the flowers died. Today is May 3!! Sadly disappointed. Monday...a week later. Bouquet delivered lovely and hopefully longer lasting bouquet today. What a responsible company. Thank you for righting this for us. You are a role model for great customer relations.

I received a stunning bouquet of flowers from my son in another state. The arrangement is so unique and attractive! The delivery lady could not find my exact office and was kind enough to call me and ask for directions. All who have seen this arrangement have commented on its beauty and uniqueness. Others in the office wanted to know where this wonderful bouquet of flowers came from! My only disappointment was there is no business address on the envelope for me to display so everyone would know who to call for a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you!
