        Went to drop off expired meds. The drop box door was stuck because the drop box was overfilled. The person at the front office was annoyed to have to get up out of her chair and answer my question/concern about not being able to access the drop box to drop off me medications. She told me someone was "notified" about the issue and I'd have to come by "some other time". Well, I don't live close so that isn't as easy as it sounds. They want us to not dump meds in the garbage but then make it a hassle for us to drop it off safely AND you get an attitude on top of it all. Might want to think about having helpful, friendly people helping at your "Public Safety" building.
