My husband just received a letter from a collections agency on a bill that was several years old... They never sent us an invoice, left us a voicemail or told him in person (it was an old bill and he continued to go here, they could've just told him directly). We are NOT the type of people who avoid responsibilities and are completely shocked at how this was handled! Extremely poor office management and communication skills!! Do better!

Dr. Mitchell has been my primary dentist for many years and I have nothing but high praise for her , but the treatment I received today by one of her front desk staff was disappointing, rude and without empathy! I fell  scammed and she Made me fell  like nothing when I have been going to this dentist for many many years! To have to find another dentist after being treated so rudely is upsetting! It's sad that one person can be so petty , and uncaring! Never again

Every so often, I have an experience I can't stop talking about- and my recent cleaning with Dr. Mitchell has had me blathering to anyone who will listen. I'm a new mom and needed to bring my 5 month old to my dental cleaning. I thought she would nap. I even drove around the neighborhood to really cement those sleepy vibes. But no. As soon as we stepped out of the car, her eyes shot open and sleep was out the window. The amazing women at Dr Mitchell's office held my fussy baby while I got my teeth cleaned. Im sure they would prefer to not have to deal with a baby at their office, but they made me feel welcome and accepted - even in this weird time where this sidekick has to follow me everywhere. The hygienist Darcie was ultra kind about a fear I had, and even connected a chronic issue with something my previous hygienist hadn't thought of. When it was time to schedule my next appointment, I was able to make alternative arrangements to text since the baby was crying and ready to go.

I'm so happy that a friend recommended Dr. Leslie Mitchell's office so highly.  I had a great first experience with them recently, after going without a dentist for the last few years.  To be brief:All the staff were quite friendly and nice.  They worked together with a sense of fun and joy, seem to genuinely like working with each other, and with their patients.  And they did so while still doing a great professional and thorough job.  None of the staff or Dr. Mitchell ever made me feel rushed, they explained options well, they were gentle and caring, they often paused to ask if I had any questions or to make sure I was comfortable.My dental phobias run deep, such that I could never describe a dental visit as "enjoyable", but it means a lot that my visit to Dr. Mitchell's office came about as close as it ever could!  Highest recommendation!

Exceptional dental office. I have been going here for two years now. The receptionist is very kind and always helpful in explaining me benefits coverage.  The hygienists are all thorough and do a really good job on the cleaning. Dr. Leslie is the best! All of my visits were just general cleaning and a couple of fillings, then last year I had a dental emergency while on vacation that resulted in out of town reconstruction of a chipped tooth. The repair was adequate but bothered me after six months still. It was a front tooth and visible when I smiled. I has Dr. Leslie redo the repair and her work was perfectionism! If you ever need serious dental work or veneer work this is worth the drive time for those of us that do not live in Newberg. My husband and our oldest now see her as well. Our oldest neglected dental care while at college and Dr. Leslie got her set up on a treatment plan to maximize our benefit coverage. Great dentist and staff!
