We had some issues with our new build that after some back and forth were taken care of. I appreciate Westrends willingness to do the right thing and remedy the warranty issues that we brought up. We are very happy with our house and would recommend them as a builder. Compared to other larger, corporate builders, Westrend uses higher quality materials and you get more for your money.

BEWARE!!! These guys don't have the skills to be building garden sheds, yet here they are in Silverton OR Building new homes. Their quality of work and professionalism is horrendous! You have been warned and hopefully you read this before you purchase a new home from them. I am in the market to buy in Silverton and was lucky enough to be a friend of one of their sub contractors and was shown the lack of workmanship, horrible quality and the short cuts taken by this so called Home Builder". I could go on and on but just leaving this review to warn others. If you ask around town you will also hear the same thing about this clown show calling them selves "Home builders" BEWARE
