I called 7 Pines Plumbing because I had water in my crawl space. They came out quick and they fixed the leak and made everything good as new. It was quick, clean and super Fair! I would highly recommend 7 pines plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!

Avoid this company at all costs. We hired 7 pines plumbing for a restaurant build out. I spoke with Derek the owner and gave us a fair quote. They were there to do the under slab plumbing and to install a grease interceptor. The owner decided to go with a bigger grease interceptor and Derek the owner said yeah no problem. The commenced work on October 17th. First sign of trouble was when the pipes that were supposed to go in the interior walls were not aligned and the plumbing were the toilets were supposed to go were at the wrong measurement. We called for inspection and failed miserably. None of the pipes had the 1/4 inch slope and there quite a few things that were not up to code. We called Derek back to fix these issues he whined and complained but came back to fix the issue so we thought. Called for inspection again and again failed. The inspector started to question his experience level as a commercial plumber. For a third we called Derek to com fix the work it took him awhile but he showed up and said he fixed the problem called for inspection the next day and failed yet again. Now the grease interceptor was above ground about four inches. At this point we were fed up and called Derek multiple times to come fix the issue he would ignore our calls and we would call the office and the front desk lady Jena was just as bad. By this time Derek had 14,000 dollars of our money would make excuses that its the architect fault now he has completely ghosted us and we had to get a new plumber and right away told us that the grease interceptor was not gonna work. So we swapped it out and within 4 hours the new plumbers finished and called for inspection and passed the first time. We were at another job doing carpentry work and bumped into Derek at that job as well and we confronted him and of course excuse after excuse and come to find out he failed 5 times on that project as well the city was fed up that they were ready to fire him. Please do not hire this guys hes a crook and will steal your money.
