Anita Borgaes knows real estate. She understands the process in a way that demonstrates expertise. Anita is my 'go to' for any future realty adventures whether for private residential use or income producing potential. Her responsiveness is unparalleled - particularly noticeable given the current industry conditions. She even managed to catch a detail, surprising the seller in my most current real estate transaction (involving a recent legislative change to tax laws that affect new construction) ... now that's attention to detail! Anita is low key, low pressure and no shenanigans. She hones in on what the client wants and provides exactly that.

I had the pleasure of renting from Wine Country Properties during my stay in McMinnville Oregon. The house is beautifully decorated, centrally located and the owners are accommodateing and friendly. Five stars!!

Wine Country Properties should be your first call if you are looking to do anything in the Willamette Valley. They have great vacation rentals and are experienced real estate experts.

I write this review in wholehearted support of Anita Borgaes, Real Estate Broker, par excellance. My journey began two years ago when forced to sell my income producing property in hawaii under the guise of Eminent domaine. As such the tax law allowed two years to find similar investment property and thus avoid severe tax consequences. After spreaking with several real estate specialists, I settled on Anita for this important project. Her qualities of availability, affability and capability were readily evident from my first meeting over coffee. I was confident, she was going to lead me through this process. I will add that she was a specialist during the 2008 real estate bust and even was a qualified speaker to real estate groups. Anita has a special intuition regarding how a particular property will appeal to a particular demographic of home renter. She sees qualites in a particular property which would not be evident to the casual observer. We began looking at numerous kinds of income producing real estate projects from Salem, Amity, Hillsborough, Beaverton McMinnville and Portland Oregon. We logged many miles during our many outings. We walked and investigated many homes. Anita never showed frustration or impatience with me. Being a very cautious, reluctant and descerning consumer, did not cause her to drop my case. After 9 months of the process, I took a needed breather. Without any question, even after her investment of time and travel, she did too. Then we restarted in earnest and eventually settled on two newly constructed single family dwellings in McMinnville. Through the purchase process she was understanding of my ignorance of the process and spoon fed me each step of the way. Anita is extremely knowledgable of the entire process of closing. I was confident. Anita, became a friend to me and my family. I would whole heartedly recommend her to others and I would ask her to represent me again.
