Fern and Grace

Maria Taylor (Fern + Grace) has a gift!!!! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! She took all of my scattered ideas and Pinterest inspiration and created the wedding of my dreams. I seriously can not imagine how my wedding would've turned out without Maria. We don't live in the area so I needed A LOT of extra help finding the right vendors for the day and she helped every step of the way from rentals, to finding a wedding cake, florist, and even my photographer. She contacted all of our vendors for me and made sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding so I had nothing to worry about. Can't thank her enough for her incredible work. If you are in the market for a wedding planner Maria is your girl!

I've worked with Maria for a couple of years now, and have to say that she's always my #1 go to for styling and coordination. Managing venues and working with clients becomes very easy with her precision and attention to detail. Not only are her events flawlessly executed, but when she styles it's out of this world. She's got a great eye for design and always seems to stay above trend with unexpected and imaginative ideas. Fern + Grace is a huge asset to the wedding community and it's owner is a great person to have on your side.

Before I say a million nice things about fern & grace (maria) I'll start by saying if you choose anyone else to help coordinate your wedding, you've already made a huge mistake because this chick is SO HELPFUL, SO NICE, AND JUST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! When I met her at my venue she instantly went into wedding mode and asked questions and coordinates all of these amazing things I would have never thought of!!! She sent me a well organized layout of our whole visit with the event coordinator that was in charge of the venue, and had a list of what we needed to do, I needed to do, what we needed, etc. EVERYTHING! She dealt with stressful last minute changes from others and kicked major ass. She is so amazing.... my favorite of any person I've worked with. Thanks to her she made my wedding planning, and day of easy as hell. Not a worry in the world for me, I just got to drink and enjoy myself. You need her, trust me. She's amazing!!! 10 star 10 star 10 star for Fern & Grace!!!

Ok, folks - I wish I could rate 100 stars! Truly. Fern & Grace (Maria) helped immensely during our entire wedding planning process. From day one until a week AFTER the wedding - making sure everything was squared away perfectly with all vendors/the venue. They were the number one most important vendor during planning and the big day. Supplying beautiful vintage rentals (that we got to hand pick!), vendor suggestions, timeline for weeks before wedding + a NINE PAGE breakdown/timeline of the wedding day. Not to mention a very low stress attitude that helped set the tone for rehearsal, setup, etc. Everything was planned perfectly. The entire day flowed so well. Neither my husband nor I had to worry about anything - just enjoyed our perfect day. She worked with both my husband's & my quirky style to create a unique, eclectic, one-of-a-kind wedding for us. They literally created a "venue" for us in the middle of two barns. It was an incredible amount of work. 3 UHaul trucks full of rentals. No complaints from their team, no stress - completely professional and hardworking. It honestly blew our minds. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Thank you, Maria + crew! We rented the Lela wedding arch for our ceremony backdrop and it was perfect - we had an indoor venue but this brought a lovely sense of the outdoors. Our florist (Portland Bloem) draped it with a garland and made it really pop. Fern & Grace were easy to work with and provided a beautiful piece at a great price.
