If you are going to offer Uhaul services then you should make sure trucks are ready for rental pick up because this whole ordeal was preventable. Was not fun having to reschedule all of the deliveries I had planned for the day today. We arrived for our 7pm pick up last night only to find out that the Uhaul they had for us was completely blocked in by their other trucks with 2 feet of room between each truck and 1 foot away from a homeowners fence making it impossible to even move the truck without hitting the fence or the trucks. Update: it was due to someone dropping a uhaul off after hours but doesnt excuse the fact the truck we needed was not parked in the front ready to pull out of the lot if it was on the schedule for being picked up after hours. Just dont plan on after hour pick ups as it might save you time.
