Alicia Hernandez must be a very valuable staff member at Dr. Randall Teich's office on 911 Avery St in Newport because she really stood out to me during my recent visit. She and everyone else there, including Annie O'Callaghan my hygienist went "above and beyond" for me and my wife Melanie!! Even before we met, Alicia helped me verify my dental coverage on the phone and navigated a major problem with my dental coverage with me when it became an issue. What an intelligent, experienced Office Manager Alicia is and so very helpful! A+++

This is one of the best dental offices that I have been affiliated with in my adult life. The dental care by Dr. Teich is exceptional. The dental hygienist, Annie, is informative, thorough and she has a great personality for that profession. Alicia, Office Manager, clearly know how to run an efficient office with excellent customer service. I strongly recommend Newport Gentle Dentistry. Maryanne Miller
