Benjamin has inspected more than one home for us and is always thorough and informative. He warned of one home being on unstable ground that was already twisting on its foundation by measurement although not visible to the naked eye, and additionally finds issues that will be costly to remediate (detailing each one with both photos and a description) which can assist in negotiating a fair purchase price for a property. Additionally Home Inspect LLC partners with companies that offer warranties on various home systems and even if you don't extend these they are valuable to have for their complementary term near the purchase. In Southern and Western Oregon we will not use anyone else and have recommended Home Inspect LLC to several people.
