The woman that cut and colored my daughter's hair did a really good job. We are not easy ppl to be around lol. The stylist blow dried her hair but didn't straighten it because everything took sooo long so from my daughter's view it didn't look like what she wanted. My girl tried so hard to be polite and kind but had tears in her eyes. The lady felt bad and unappreciated but I could tell it was exactly what my daughter wanted! Once she got home and washed it and styled her hair it was perfect. Basically this lady was a champ and really did a great job! It's also a cute shop and the ladies were funny. Thanks Genny!! You were great and my Genny loves her hair

I had nothing but horrible experiences with this place. I received a gift certificate for my birthday that was a total of $165. I first had my nails done by Natasha, apparently she was having a bad day and took it out on my nails because they were terrible. I couldnt tell how bad they were due to the dim lighting in there but once I stepped outside I was shocked! I contacted the owner of the salon about this and she had said she was going to refund me for my nails ( $55 ) I had to go somewhere else to get them removed and get a new set. I decided that I didnt really want any other services from there but I had to use up the gift card. I decided to just get an hour massage, that was actually really nice and very relaxing, but once I gave the gal my gift certificate I found out that the owner never refunded me for my nails. I again reached out to the owner but never heard back so I just let my gift certificate go. Total waste of money and time but lesson learned!

I can only comment on the waxer Kris. She is awesome. Does a skilled job & doesn't make u feel uncomfortable or anything. Just talks like it's another day. Great having same person too.
