My wife and I purchased our first home here in Oregon from Shawn. We moved here from Utah on a hope and a dream. We were lucky finding Shawn to help us after the first 2 agents we spoke to were clueless. He was very upfront and honest about all the houses we looked at together. He was very informative and returned all of our calls with answers to any of our concerns. I feel he would be great for anyone to work with because of his broad knowledge and history living in the area himself. I enjoyed my experience and would chose him 100% if I sell or buy again. Shaun is amazing. He found my family a place that met all of our wants and in our budget which was asking for mountains to be moved. He never got irritated with my million calls and was always prompt in returning calls. He also helped my in laws sell their home and get into something more suited for them. I will never use another realtor again!

Shaun is the realtor you want whether you are buying or selling a home. Good follow through, good communication, understands what you want to see happen, very knowledgeable about property and people. He has the experience you need in a challenging arena. I've enjoyed working with him very much.
