Experience with this service is extremely poor. Came to this conclusion after numerous issues.

With the way in which their employees conduct themselves in public, committing Assault, I would never want any member of there company near my home or family. They are downright unsafe.

Casey was awesome. Our lawn was suffering and we didnt know what to do. He gave us some options and so we elected to go with what he suggested.. wow what a big change in our lawn. Full, super green and plush. He is coming back to take care of our back yard. He was not able to do it then as we have a bunch of item to clear our so he can do his magic. We had johnson come out for aerating our lawn and had a pleasant experience. I referred them to my dad who moved to the area for simple lawn mowing services. Big mistake. Mick came and was quite abrasive- was trying to upsell services and would not take no for an answer. My dad did not want roundup used in his yard- mick was actually MOCKING my dad about this to his face. Totally unprofessional. The yard has flowers trees and shrubs all around the fence line and mick kept saying it would be $300 up front to clear it all out. My dad kept repeating he didnt want them to touch it- just mow the lawns. Guess what? Mick wasnt having it. The quote included the clearing out of all the plants in addition to the lawn services. I cannot fathom how a business cant listen to a potential customer and what their needs and wants are. I genuinely feel bad for recommending them to my dad. Never again will they get another recommendation from me.
