        Im so happy I found NP RV! Clean, secure facility with a monitored electronic gate and cameras virtually on every corner. Theres a space to wash your RV, and a convenient dump station for grey/black waste onsite, included at no additional charge. The staff is well-trained, genuine, and I found them to be most accommodating. If youre looking for an uncovered space, a covered space, or a private garage space for your RV I highly recommend North Plains RV and self storage Randy Baker Actual customer since September, 2020

        Moving out ASAP. Had my card on auto draft and charged 30% increase without being informed. Apparently they feel like a spammy email that goes to spam filter is worthy due diligence in terms of keeping customers informed of a significant rate increase. If it was 10 to 15% or something reasonable I probably wouldnt feel exploited, however, 30% is ridiculous. This is the kind of corporate arrogance youd expect from Public Storage or CubeSmart or another storage conglomerate this is a local business gone bad.
