Worst eye dr for kids EVER. My sons eye severely pulled in and dr ben judson continued prescribing stronger and stronger lenses. When I found out that there was a pediatric ophthalmologist at st lukes downtown I got my son in. His script was what was making his eyes turn in AND there's a surgery that fixes it. For a year and a half my son couldn't see and developed sensory issues due to it. Thank God for Dr Lee at St lukes, my son is thriving and his eyes dont cross in at all. I highly encourage all families to stay away from this place.

So I had an appointment at 11am Monday. I came 15 mins early told the front lady I was there. I waited over an hour and everyone else went in before me . I didn’t want to be rude and say anything but I started getting irritated because it was already 12. I then went up to the front lady and asked her why I haven’t got in yet. her response was that she forgot to mark that I was here 🙄and on top of that she told me everyone went to lunch so I had to come back at 12:45.. I had plans that day so I was extremely annoyed that I had to wait that long to get an eye exam. the people that work here are extremely unprofessional. And when I went to choose my glasses I had to pay $40 even though my insurance is supposed to cover all of it . And when I went to pick up my glasses they gave me the wrong case to hold my glasses In 🤦‍♀️ The people that work here are something else 😂 you guys should really hire different people. Never coming here again overpriced and people are rude .

Every one here is awesome. The Dr really cares as do sell the staff. There so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help everyone. It makes you feel cared about. Thank you all
