        Had wind storm damage to one of the trees on the property. Called to let them know. Mike said he would get someone there to take care of it. Weeks later, nothing. Called again, still nothing. Went to the office. The lady said she would have Mike call. No call back. More time went by. Called again. The lady said she would have Mike call. No call back. Tree still not done. I finally got the broken limbs pulled down. Disappointed that a business could be so disrespectful and unprofessional.

        Very outdated in process and professionalism. We were looking forward to working with them and had nothing but trouble from day one. Unsafe aspects of the property were ignored, and the woman at the front desk is very rude, and hung up on us several times. Very sad to see this service.
