Our experience with R3J was definitely a 10. Ron was meticulous and thorough in his work. He is a worker bee, there is no wasted time. We really appreciated his communication style in all phases - planning, ordering, timelines, and when adjustments needed to be made his explanation was clear and understandable. In each segment of the job, the site was clean and everything was picked up and in order. Ron was a very effective team leader. The team that worked on our bathroom was great - the electricians, the glass techs and his tile person, Ron G - were efficient and professional. Ron was easy to work with and had a pleasant personality, we appreciated the effort he invested in our home.

I got several bids for remodeling my small master bath. Right away Ron stood out as someone I could understand and trust. He kept me updated on a daily basis so I knew what was happening, when. It turned out so beautiful! He is a joy to work with! Great subs as well.

Our bathroom remodel is fabulous. The finishes are exactly what we wanted and really looks great. Ron is a master of his craft. He was very organized and had every detail planned and finished promptly. He was always in touch with us letting us know when and who would be working that day. I highly recommend R3J for any remodeling project and would gladly work with them again.
