Dr. Hall is amazing! Dental Hygienist Carli is awesome. Front desk gal.awful. I just had a tooth break off (on a Friday..go figure!). I called and was told Dr. Hall is booked. She offered another dentist to see. I said ok. Then she said theyre all booked too. I asked what do they do for dental emergencies? She said, go to urgent care or the ER! I saidthey dont have dentists there, how can that help? She said that all she can do is put me on a waitlist. Unbelievable! My first interaction with her was a few months ago. I arrived early for my appointment after lunch. She was late getting back. By then other patients arrived. She finally gets back from lunch and rudely asked who was next. I walked up and so did this other person. I said I was first. She looked at me, then turned to the other gal and said how can I help you. Shes just rude. If this review was for Dr. Hall and Carli, Id be giving it 5 stars.

I have been there twice, and every single time I had a great experience. Dr.Smith and the assistant were super nice - they dealt with my anxiety professionally and with empathy, telling me throughout the whole procedure what is going to happen step by step. The receptionists were also very polite. Despite having only OHP, and me being a green card holder and not a citizen, I felt respected as a client. Thank you very much!

Front Desk gals AMAZING! Dental assistant amazing .. the dentists ???? I have 2 major tooth aches. She didnt even offer to numb me to give some relief! She told me to make another appt. ???? Im so confused I havent slept in 3 days?

I have never been here & from reading the horrible reviews I will never go here.
