        Loved the earrings I bought, but when I wore them for the first time one of the charm bangles came off and was lost. I emailed the store two weeks ago with a photo, asking that a charm be mailed to me and Id be happy to put it on. I understood that a local person made them, or so I was told. I never heard back. I went to a jewelry supply store today and purchased a new one for myself to make the repair. Nice stuff, but poor customer service.

        Love, love, love this boutique! I cant leave empty handed ever, the clothes are great and they always have a ton on sale that catches my eye. This trip, the team helped select a few outfits and items I never would have picked out myself, and they looked AMAZING! I felt like a million dollars when I left and had some fun new pieces. Definitely worth a trip to Pacific City!
