        If I could give this place a zero I would. Its one thing to not be able to finish a job when you say you will and leave a working musician with out their guitar with two hours notice before a gig. It's another to be rude, and then tell other people I was the rude one. I was very polite until Charlie tried to sell me an over priced Yamaha, because he dropped the ball on me last minute by gutting my guitar, breaking the input that worked on top of not fixing the pick up he was supposed to fix. At least I wasn't charged to have this guy gut my guitar and not fix it. Pardon me for not wanting to pay you to finish the job, Let me clear it was not because you didn't finish the job on time, it was because you were rude, and then insulted me by trying to sell me an over priced guitar. Never again, not for picks, not for strings, not for anything.

      We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. Not every instrument can be repaired, and not every repair can be done on short notice. When a non-operational guitar that’s below industry standard with multiple homemade modifications is brought in for repairs, sometimes the best recommendation is to just get a replacement. Charlie is one of the most affable people, so it’s surprising to hear he was rude. Customer service is important to all of us at Pendleton Music Company.
