        2 weeks now trying to set an appointment for my Wife and I have been without power for that long and we have not received a call in return to set an appointment. Why does this place even exist if they dont return calls! The dont even answer the phone! Very disappointed!

      Jason, I am so sorry that we were not able to help you. I looked back through our phone logs and saw that you did not leave a voice mail in order for us to return your call. I do see that you received help from CAPECO for your electricity on November 3, 2022. It was also noted that you did not have a working phone number at that time so could that be why you didn't leave a message on Helping Hand voice mail? During our business hours, if the phone rings while we are helping a client, we do not answer the phone but if the person leaves a message, we will return the call as soon as possible. I am happy that CAPECO was able to help you!
