My package for a Christmas gift got sent on a detour w/ priority to be delivered by the 21st. The way the weekend ends up and Christmas, it was looking like I wasnt going to have a chance to have it before Christmas. I still might not get it, but Jennifer is working past scheduled hours today and tomorrow to see if it shows up so she can potentially deliver it to me before Christmas. Thats the kindve stuff you only see in movies or something. I really appreciate it whatever the result.

Staff should require Identification of anyone who comes up to that counter with a yellow card...for parcels they scan before giving to you! *Match the name to the box & parcel. **Ours was given to someone, not us, yesterday!

I agree with the comments and i too think that Lady Supervisor be terminated immediately without delay. None of us seniors who worked hard all our lives paid our taxes along with her wages deserve to be treated like this. The Worst Post Office in the State of Oregon. Home owners get their boxs delivered right to their front door. But if you live in a building full of disabled senior citizens they give you a pink slip in your mail box telling the disabled Seniors to come and get it themselves and when you talk to that Lady Supervisor (who is always inappropriate Rude & Mean) defends denying the disabled Seniors delivery with every inch of her Life.. Its nothing less then a open and shut case of Elderly Abuse.

I received good service at the Pendleton location, but they should take time a little time to clean up the office.
