        A guy showed up to my door at 9 am this morning demanding that I didnt live there and that he would be back to take my door off the hinges, (there was a squatter but in a different apartment not mine) he got confused and I later found out it was the MAINTENANCE guy (he never told me who he was) I was so confused it wasnt okay.

        This company is a sham that raises rents for their own profits whilst neglecting any and all maintenance and repairs supposedly part of their contract. Robert Alan has on multiple occasions lied to cover up mistakes his "crew" caused even going so far as to blame tenants. Unprofessional and honestly a waste of time and resources in an already struggling economic environment.
