OMT Studio

Drove an hour and a half to record a song, booked it on there website got a confirmation a day before/ reminder. Just to show up here and nobody here. Now I get to drive an hour and a half back. So 3 hours down the drain. And not to mention gas. Unprofessional all around. 1 star OMT 1 star.

One More Time is a gem of a studio! It's a quality facility in the heart of Pendleton ran by a talented engineer and producer Lowell Britt. With a degree in audio engineering technology and plenty of hands on experience working in Nashville, Tennessee, Lowell has the capability of bringing any project to life. I have had the pleasure of touring his studio several times, assisting on a session or two, had him record some tracks of me playing, and shadowed him in the action of mixing. He does it all, he is professional, and he makes OMT sonically memorable. I can't wait to see the name spread to other locations in the future ;)

OMT helped me set up a recording studio for my podcast and provides postproduction editing for all episodes to date. The service and quality exceeded expectations. I would recommend OMT to anyone looking to record or produce audio. They also have a top-notch studio in-house with an excellent set-up to meet a wide variety of needs.

Lowell and his attention to detail shines through in every part of his craft. OMT is a great place for whatever creative project you have in mind. Being a song writer it can be difficult to find a space that is both professional and relaxing but somehow OMT manages to achieve a beautiful harmony of both these concepts. Consider stopping by the next time you are in town and looking to lay down a track.

As understated as the outside appears, the studio itself is impressive. Since the owner is my little brother and Im the one who designed his logo, you might think Im biased. If so, I have two words for you: Cappuccino machine. Not only does my gentle giant of a boss bro lay down tracks like he was born to it, he friggin serves coffee while you work. Lowell graduated from Belmont University, a prestigious Christian school in Nashville. Hes actually used the same studio they used to record the music for Star Wars. Then he moved back to Pendleton and built this studio from the ground up. Literally. It took him three solid years, but he kept at it and never gave up. Thats the kind of guy he is: skilled, dependable, and stubborn in all the right ways. Seriously, if youre shopping around you should book with him now before he figures out how good he actually is and starts charging accordingly.
