Ana of Rosa Wellness is a wonderful person and exceptional acupuncturist. I have been going to Rosa Wellness for years and have been very impressed at Ana's intuitive, helpful, above-and-beyond service. She really understands the internal healing that must take place and sets aside time each appointment to check in and ensure her patient's needs are being met. Ana is able to take care of any physical maladies as well as dealing with any emotional or stressful issues. I can't recommend Ana and Rosa Wellness enough. She is a true healer and a rare gem in the Portland holistic health community!

I've been going to see Ana for acupuncture for about 5 years. I go weekly whenever possible. She's helped me with chronic digestive problems, knee pain due to an auto accident, chronic back pain, stress relief, and more. Regular sessions with Ana have become an important part of my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. Of the acupuncturists I've visited and heard about, she is by far the best. In fact, she's so talented at healing with needles that I sometimes forget what a masterful herbalist she is. She once cured my strep-throat overnight with a custom herbal formula. In addition to her extensive knowledge of ancient Chinese medicine, she is deeply intuitive and always knows what's going on with my body before I even tell her. Aside from being a gifted acupuncturist and herbalist, she also serves as an informal life coach who truly cares about the overall well being of her patients. I recommend Ana to anyone who is experiencing chronic pain, injury, stress, emotional trauma, or anyone who is simply looking for a way to maintain or improve their health in any way.
