    Carrie and Katie are AMAZING!! Theyve worked with me a few times and I constantly feel supported and taken care of. Could not recommend them more. Maintenance here gets things taken care of as needed, and facilities are great!

    Just moved in a couple weeks ago, and already love it. Found a beautiful apartment with great light, the maintenance team has been responsive and helpful, and Carrie at the front office made moving easy and helped me with all my needs during a difficult life transition. Thank you to the team here, excited to start my new chapter at the Parker!

    I have been around the block, and have never encountered property managers who were so attentive, caring, and kind. Truly exceptional treatment from the staff has made my two months here a pleasure. It feels like home. Well done, Parker Management! Lots of nice features to this building: courtyard, community room, fitness center, Amazon hub, large windows, pretty soundproof, and classy exterior. As an older person, I feel quite comfortable here.

    The first thing Id like to say is that Carrie and Katie have gone above and beyond for myself and my partner. We were in a seriously rough situation and they not only listened with an empathetic ear, they worked so hard to help us and get us settled into a new apartment. Initially, we moved into a 2 bedroom at the Parker in March of 2023. The previous owners were not helpful and often werent competent. But the new management is amazing and Katie and Carrie specifically have gone out of their way to help us transfer to a one bedroom apartment. I cannot say enough good things about them. Not only were they amazing with their knowledge and helpful guidance, but they are so funny and friendly and they made us feel so comfortable. Im so grateful to them for everything! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

    My partner and I both moved into The Parker at the beginning of 2023 because we're both displaced trans people. We had sold everything we owned, jumped into a car and drove almost 3,000 miles from Philly to be here. The PREVIOUS management team was unwilling to help us with any part of the transition stating that they were a business and "didn't run on empathy" at that time I'd have given The Parker 0 stars. As a trans person, one of my biggest fears is homelessness but it also is something always looming for people like me, sometimes. Jennifer was right, they didn't operate on empathy, and that felt pretty terrible. Katie and Carrie, though, DO understand empathy and have plenty of it. My spouse and I were in a sticky situation and we were very worried about what was going to happen. I lost sleep over it, my heart started skipping and acting funny from anxiety, etc. When we went and spoke to Katie and Carrie, they were both SO kind and considerate. They went WAY out of their ways to help me and my spouse. I hate to sound corny, but I feel like it was fate that they came here and took over because they have saved me and my spouse so much hardship after already losing our family and coming here with nothing. Thank you both so very much. I will probably stay here specifically in this building as long as I financially am able and it's because of those two. If they leave, I will probably also leave lol. Thank you both - from two messy trans people.
