It was the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I scheduled appointments with them for repairing my fridge but I was getting stood up multiple times.

Our dryer quit working and they were quick to respond and fixed our dryer the same day. I was so surprised that he had the part in his vehicle! He was knowledgeable, kind, and quick!

I called to request a tech come out and look at my dishwasher. I told them I knew the problem based on the error codes and I was told the technician would need to diagnose it anyways. The first appointment window the technician never showed up. And they rescheduled for the next morning. The technician did not show up for the second appointment either and it was not until I called that I was told he could be there in thirty minutes. The tech came and told me what I already knew was broken and said he could come do the repair the next week. Unfortunately, I was going to be out of town. I communicated with the company and scheduled a repair for when I returned and was sent an invoice which I paid. Now they have missed our repair window and the administrator I spoke to on the phone said the repair was already done.This company took my money and did not provide the service. They do not value costumers and have no problem missing appointment windows without notifying costumers they will be late. This has been a terrible experience and I recommend you use another company.

Saved my life! Was able to get an appt the next day and got my washing machine all put back together again. Very professional. Even came back the day after to make sure everything was running as it should. Cant recommend enough!

OMG recently helped replace bearings in 2 of my dryers. So glad I found them! Getting an appointment was easy and fast. I really appreciated a call when the technician was on the way. He was well informed and communicated the issue effectively and fixed it on the spot. Definitely recommend them for appliance repair!
