Victor came out and looked at my windows. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't know the importance of windows until he showed me the difference in styles. Can't wait for new windows!

Victor came out and gave us an estimate on our bathroom. I really didn't know what to expect since this was our first estimate. He was very thorough, knew a lot about the product, and answered more questions than we knew we had. He even showed us a picture of what the bathroom will look like in the exact options we chose. We are really excited to upgrade our bathroom in the near future.

Don't trust this company at all. My salesman called me weeks after I had purchased my windows, but before install and knowing that I'm not fluent in window construction language he changed my contract to say inset rather than full frame install like the original contract. Then he made A hurried call about a small change, and he abbreviated it FF didn't explain and claimed it was verbiage he got writing initially but needed to be corrected from productions and signed and it was nothing big. Then the subcontractors came to install my windows that ended up looking like crap with no price reduction and he pockets the extra $4000, that was the difference in priced between full frame and insert. I asked multiple people from their company including the project manager to inspect the work. All of them agreed that it looked great, and they weren't going to fix the damage they did to my molding or do any painting or trim change. Some of my windows had no sealer or caulking. Many of them had new dripping, and one of my windows had been installed an insert with a water logged base or sill. Many of my screens were also missing and I've asked multiple times from multiple people where my screen were and not one person has been able to give me answers. These guys took advantage of me and gave me a horrible product that was not installed correctly and poor quality all around. I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. Take a look at the pictures of final product window install. I was shocked. I thought they were supposed to look better than my old windows--- not the case. Completely unsatisfied all the way around with a satisfied guaranteed sales pitch.
