Paulsons Floor Coverings did an outstanding job installing carpet in three rooms in our condo. Micah was especially helpful in helping us select the carpet, and in getting the carpet installed quickly, and according to the schedule we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paulsons Floor Coverings. Micah, the Store Manager, had fantastic customer service, and was very patient with all my questions. As a designer, its such a pleasure (and increasingly rare) to have friendly knowledgeable sales staff like Micah. It may have been my first time to Paulson's but it definitely wont be my last. Did a great job installing the carpeting on our two flights of stairs. Got the job scheduled quickly, and on the day of installation it was done in no time. Everything was great and installed perfectly.

We just replaced the carpeting in several rooms in our home. We walked in the Grand Avenue location one day, and met Ron Meyer, who helped us from our initial selection of carpet samples through the entire process, and here we are, with a whole new look, clean and lovely. We weren't sure what we wanted to do: new carpeting, rip out the old carpeting and refinish the wood floors underneath, and match those floors with new wood flooring in another part of the house, and maybe cork? Ron was a good sport. He came out to our home to measure, and gave us bids for all of the iterations we were considering. It took us a bit of time to think it all over, and once we did, Ron got the project moving while we got the entire house painted inside. The installation crew did a great job, too. Those guys worked hard. When they were done, the old carpet and pads were out, the carpet and pad were in, and the house looked great. So, now the holidays are coming up in a couple of weeks and we always have a big party. How do you nicely ask people to take off their shoes before stepping on to our brand new carpeting?
