Dr Russell is great. My experience here was super straightforward and the team did a good job of making sure I was fully informed, and I appreciate the time Dr Russell took to discuss my needs and options. Everyone here is very friendly, and I recommend this place to anyone who needs periodontal work.

I came in for an implant consultation, they suggested a crown lengthening surgery instead that made my front gums even more inflamed and puffy than they were before. After that went wrong, I told dr Russell I wanted an implant, he suggested another crown lengthening or braces???? I again said I over my crown falling out and want implant. He ignored me and said “I’ll give you the weekend to think about braces and someone will call you on Monday”. Never received a call back and now they’re hassling me for money when I already gave them my insurance. Do not go here for an implant!!!!!!!
