I used Kaleidoscope Design/Thred Art for an upcoming family gift and needed 11 items embroidered. Some of my family members have unique names and I thought this would be perfect. I chose the color, font style and we decided on size. The quality, price, colors and efficiency was amazing. Julie was very kind and had everything done in a week. I highly recommend this company for any project big or small.

I had a simple order (name in a script font) but nonetheless, Julie went through the proof mock up process very thoroughly and completed everything quickly. It's so great that she's extremely flexible and very easy to communicate with

I have never had better customer service. The owner (Julie) really cares and goes out of her way to fill your needs and wants. I can't say enough good stuff for this business.
