My builder hired this contractor to stain my hardwood floors in a new home. The floors have scratched easily from day one and we were left with many swirls and uneven application. I hired a professional flooring inspector that said the application was sub-standard and the finish was highly uneven which has led to the scratches. A rep for the company thinks my standards are too high because I believe that the sleeve on my central vac hose should not scratch the floor. The sleeve and my 20 lb dogs scratch the floor and the swirls were from the finished product - that is how they left the job. I would never hire this company again. They do not stand by their work.

I paid for a small job, but what I got was an experience. Thanks to the local pro Oliver, who was happy to help me out at literally any time of the day, my project was done in no time. Not the floor, he never did that, but we overthrew a tyrannical ruler, cured COVID-19, and saved my marriage in a single evening. Truly, and I mean truly, Oliver's love for his work and professionalism are disproportionately sized to his schmeat.
