        Josh Wong does not return calls or emails. This has resulted in us being charged thousands of dollars in automatic payments on policies that were supposedly canceled. Im still owed thousands and havent received any refunds in months

        Do not buy insurance through this agent! He does not answer emails. My rate went up for no reason. I thought Farmers was a good company. Over all, Farmers might be, but I will not use Farmers for anything because of this agent. I see I'm not the only one that has had problems with him with the low average rating he has.
