We were scheduled for some repairs and the contractor no showed not once but twice. No call or email from the company. Lost a full day of wages waiting for them. When I reached out, the response from the company sorry for the inconvenience, but this is what happens sometimes in this industry. Interesting that they deem this acceptable to not call or communicate with a client, especially since I took a full unpaid day off to accommodate them.

My wife (Realtor) and myself (Mortgage Broker) met with our mutual clients that are purchasing a new construction home in Ridgefield to assist with picking out some upgrades. I usually don't get to do this fun part but it was very beneficial to be able to share my experience past experience with new construction home buyers on what they have shared with me on what they "wished" they would have added at the design studio or what they may have waited on. Grant assisted us and offered stellar customer service and it was greatly appreciated that he really knew his product/price and was very patient with our new buyers that wasn't aware they were going to even buy new construction up until a week prior- so it could be pretty overwhelming. We were there for over 4 hours so prepare for that. (They did supply some yummy snacks)

Unprofessional and inconsiderate management. Arrogant employees who cant follow basic rules. No follow up from the boss when something goes wrong. Unethical business practices and no care for the environment they are working in. Avoid!
