        Columbia Labs front desk administration were very unhelpful besides being borderline rude. I hope that they can find a way to incentivize there administrative assistants to be more cheerful and helpful in the future because I would not suggest them to anyone else needing quality testing.

        I initially ran into some hurdles when having a honeystick product tested by this company. After working with the management and lab staff, they were able to resolve my issue and were very transparent with their extraction and sampling process. I truly appreciate their willingness to work with me and come up with a solution.
