Sole2Sole Foot Reflexology and Massage

I love all the packages they offer here for reasonable prices. My friend and I did a 30 min infrared sauna together, and then I did a 30 min massage,--the Boost package--while she did the Restore: foot soak and foot and hand-reflexology massages. This was just what we needed after a very difficult few months. The staff here were all very friendly. We were given clear instructions on the sauna, and in the sauna room we had peaceful music and access to water and cold towels. My massage therapist asked what kind of pressure I preferred and responded well to my requests. The whole place smelled really great too! I don't live in Portland, but if I did, I would surely return!

Very clean, soothing atmosphere. I would describe this as more of a spa reflexology place than clinical reflexology. Reflexology is so much more than a "foot massage", each point corresponds to places in the body and it can have great benefits for your health than just "relaxing". So they don't take a medical history and really hone in on your personal health, but the ladies here still know what they're doing and do an excellent job. I had to fight to stay awake toward the end because it was so soothing. If I could go here 2x a week, I would, just for the health benefits alone! The prices are very, very reasonable, and honestly they could raise the prices and still be well worth it. They do an excellent job throughout the massage of making sure that you are comfortable.

Tried this place when my usual spot was booked up. Now I have a new usual spot. Had an absolutely renewing full body massage. Made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Ultra professional. She pulled some cool moves I've never had done before but were a pleasant surprise!
