Stumptown Mattress

We have purchased a couple of latex pillows and after a few nights sleeping on them throughout the night, they started losing their support for your neck and your neck does not have any more support as it should I called the store and I addressed the issue. The sales person was very short. He didnt wanna to know. He told me have a good day and hang up on me will be the last time we will go there . They dont Stand behind their Products, kind of a very upsetting We will not be back . Be aware if theres a problem with their products, youre an owner they dont wanna know shame

UPDATE: I have received a replacement mattress at no cost to me. I'm only leaving 4 stars as I did get a bum mattress to begin with. My new mattress fits on top of my box spring perfectly and is firm with just the right amount of give. There was obviously a couple of issues with the first one. Original Review: My mattress came flawed with this pucker and really doesn't seem properly filled. It's a good 1"+ shorter then my box spring on all sides which is odd too. Unfortunately because I was diagnosed with cancer right at receipt of it I did not have the time, brain power or energy to contact the company to return it in a timely manner and the manufacturers warranty states I must foot the cost of shipping to & from for a new one.

We had a website ordering snafu and the folks at Stumptown Mattress went absolutely above and beyond to fix things. I was so impressed and so appreciate it. Plus, our new mattress is awesome! When we replace our other mattress, I'll be shopping here.

I ordered a hybrid queen mattress. We have been sleeping on it for almost two months and we love it. The shipping was quick, they were responsive, and the mattress is perfect. It is comfy it is firm but not too firm it was exactly what we were looking for. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
