Matt and his team were great. Very nice and easy to work with. Matt was a huge help and took the time to explain everything to make sure we knew the process and what we were doing. He made customized videos and interactive comparison tools, and was always just a call, text, or e-mail away and ready to help. He made the pre-approval and home buying process easy and gave great advice for the small and big decisions that needed to be made. Although most interactions were done through phone or e-mail, Matt took time to come to the closing at the title company to meet us in person and help explain and give support during the closing process. I would recommend Matt to anyone needing a mortgage broker.

Matt Jolivette and his team at Associated Mortgage Brokers are outstanding and by far the best mortgage Broker service I have ever used. I give them my highest rating. They went above and beyond throughout the entire lending process when my wife and I were looking to get a loan for our new dream house. Matt is very open and straightforward in finding you the best deal and rate for your loan. From the moment I first spoke to Matt and he took me through the loan process. I was completely comfortable with Matt as my broker. He is very detailed about every aspect and cost of the loan process. I told him what I wanted in a mortgage and he did better than I could ever expected with rates and service. The service by his team of Alice and Libby was simply exceptional. Matt and his team keep me up to date on every aspect of the loan process. Allowing us to close in a very short time and able to move in our new home sooner than expected.
