SCAM SCAM SCAM Crown auto is a FRAUD! They sold my son a car and said it had a new transmission LIE. They replace a couple of parts with used parts! They LIED!!!! The transmission was bad and the car doesn't run. It ran for 30miles before it was toad to Ford Dealership!!!! The car is a lemon!!! The worst service ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS THEY WON'T CALL BACK AND THE MECHANIC SKIP TOWN!!

I purchased a car in August (almost 3 months ago) and worked with Amanda. I was told that everything was completed and assured several times that the tile/paperwork had been filed. It was not. After speaking to the bank and DMV yesterday my car is not registered and has no title on file. This dealership is unreliable and a scam

I bought my car from Crown Auto Sales over 2 months ago. Amanda was extremely responsive to all communication. The organization corrected any flaws I saw in my vehicle before the sale. They worked with me on financing to make sure the loan went through. They are a very small family business and I would trust them to purchase again! Thanks so much!

I recently purchased an SUV from Crown Auto. I primarily worked with Marcus during the sale process over the course of about a week and a half; I live outside of the Portland area. He was prompt with communication and very cooperative with the mobile pre purchase inspection that I arranged (he met with the mechanics the same day they reached out to him). He also followed through on our negotiated terms prior to my purchase of the vehicle. I had requested some cosmetic imperfections be addressed prior to the sale, and he went above and beyond and even took care of some additional things to improve the state of the vehicle that I had not specifically requested, which I appreciated. I am very pleased with the service I received. Edit: I am subtracting a star from my original review from August, as Amanda (the owner) was very slow in having the vehicle title sent to me via mail. It took so long that my temporary vehicle permit expired. I had originally been told by Marcus that if I needed the temporary permit extended, to contact them and they could email me another one. I had to request one, because it took so long to receive the title from them. I had to reach out to them repeatedly, especially Amanda, requesting the additional permit and also to get updates. She tried to dissuade me from getting the additional temporary permit by telling me that I could go to the DMV and get the license plate without the title, but I did not want to risk an additional hassle with the DMV by not having all of the paperwork ready for them to properly transfer the title. I did finally receive the title in the mail from Crown Auto, but the process took much longer than it should have. That part of finalizing the sale process was a big pain. I am not sure whether it is a matter of lack of organization on Amandas part, but the process should not take that long. If there is a legitimate reason why the process is slowed to that degree, they should at least be providing their customers with an expected timeline on receiving the vehicle title and updates if there are hold ups, so their customers are aware and not burdened with pressuring them for updates. I do wonder how long it would have taken for me to receive the title if I had not been doing this.
