Fresh Nails

Oh how I love Jenny from Fresh Nails. I've been getting my nails done for a bit over 12 years now and I've been seeing Jenny for about two, almost three years now and she is the ONLY person that I will allow to touch my nails. Jenny is hospitable, accommodating and precise. She is very talented and has done so many different designs for me over the years. I just seen her recently and she did these nails that I'm wearing right now in the picture and I am over the moon about them!! I highly recommend her, and anyone else from her shop simply due to their amazing talent as a whole. Jenny specifically is very patient, affordable and aims to please her customers. I've received a few different services from her and they all aim for satisfaction. I've gotten pedi, eyebrow wax, fills and new sets but I will never go to anyone else. Jenny is willing to work with people and enjoys getting to know her customers which is refreshing. Tbh, I've never been disappointed with my nails when I leave from her shop. She is able to match pictures, details and can even free style plus she has all the glits and glamor that you see on the internet (gems, dips, shimmer, etc). I have been coming to Fresh Nails about 3 years now and I looove Jenny! Customer service is always great. I have never had to complain about my nails. If one of them broke due to heavy house work she is always able to get me in right away with no hesitation. Location is great! Walking distance to Safeway, hair supply store, post office, not far from freeway either! Fresh Nails hasnt failed me yet!!!

The nail tech was unexperienced! Burned & hurt me not just once but 3 times. They made up prices and overcharged us extremely (probably because they knew no tip was coming). They didn't clean behind my nails until I asked! Unsanitary! Terrible service on top of that. Never again!
