PORTLAND PHOTO PARTY

Portland Photo Party did a fantastic job at our OHSU All-Hill Spring Gala event. They were very self-sufficient and had their service setup well before guests arrived. They had a good assortment of props to choose from and prints were handed to guests within seconds of them finishing their photo sequence. They were even able to print as many copies as needed for larger groups of participants. Overall I was very pleased with their services and would be happy to work with them again in the future.

Portland Photo Party was a hit at our wedding! Most guests visited the booth and had a great time taking photos with silly props and some also recorded a brief video message. We recently watched our videos and it was really sweet to see family and friends wishing us a happy future (some were also hilarious and obviously took advantage of the open bar ha ha). The unlimited photo prints was also a nice touch. This allowed each guest to walk away with a photo strip even with group photos. We booked Portland Photo Party during a promotion they had with The Knot and saved about a third of the cost. There are plenty of photo booth vendors, but what drew us to them was their ability to accommodate large groups. For example, we didn't want a traditional booth that could only fit two or three people at most. The standing booth style allowed large groups of people to take a group photo, but still be behind a curtain to have some sense of privacy. Here is the guest experience: 1. Choose props. 2. Enter photo booth and both attendant takes your photos (no awkward automatic photo booth countdown when you don't know when to be ready. A real human being is there to guide you!). 3. Optional video message recording up to 30 seconds. 4. Photo strips print out for each guest in the photo and one photo goes into a guestbook. Guests can also upload their photos to social media sites on the spot. 5. Repeat if you want. Unlimited photo booth visits. Jacques (owner) was nice to work with and was accommodating to our wedding schedule (closed the booth during special moments like toasts and the first dance). He was helpful in creating a customized template for our photo strip that turned out great. Only feedback is that some of our guests werent told about the video message feature and we probably would have received more videos if all guests knew about it. Overall, we highly recommend Portland Photo Party if youre looking for a multi-functional photo booth, with all the bells and whistles!
