Purchased a hybrid (heat pump) water heater through an ETO affiliate and contacted Joe to ask about installation. Ended up contracting him to install, it was a smooth process and a very clean installation even with some irregularities he pointed out with the previous water heater (undersized supply lines). Even with that and figuring out the condensate pump solution on the fly, it went great. Highly recommended

Started as a good exchange via text, like the efficiency of that. All his texts are generic and end with questions are welcomed and encouraged He asked for pics and then abruptly told me the price would double. When I asked him to explain it he abruptly said good luck with your project. I love supporting local small business vs the big guys. But being a jerk wont get you very far. oh, and found a great alternative literally 5 min later, so there's plenty of better options out there.

This man knows his craft. Speedy response, speedy work, great communication, and doesn't jack you around on the price. Fun to yak with, too. Highly recommend.

Joe is great. He was super responsive with text messaging. Incredibly fast. I contacted him and within an hour he was at my door with a water heater. He did a great job. Pricing seemed fair, and the heater is a quality brand. I had one minor issue and Joe was back in 15 minutes to fix it. Joe's a pro!
