Our water heater quit a few days after my husband had surgery so hot water was a necessity. I called late on a Tuesday afternoon, got a service appointment on Thursday. They were on time and were able to install a new unit that day. They saved the day!

We had a different issue with Water leak. Jake from Cornell was great! Checked everything and found the source of the leak and explained our options. He was very nice and answered a lot of questions and I general was terrific at his job. They have a customer for any of our plumbing needs, Service: Water heater installation

As far as I can tell they did good. They were friendly. It did seem like a lot of money for just a regular maintenance check but I am not sure.

Today Justin M. and Hunter J. from Cornel Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came to my home to do a maintenance "check-up" on our home's furnace and air conditioner. They were both very friendly, professional, and informative. I highly recommend their service and business.

Jayden and Ed were on time, courteous, and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. They succeeded in clearing the rain drain. Then they cleaned up the mess including washing off the house. Definitely a positive experience.
