Working with Lou to find a house was an absolute dream. I can definitely say that she made my experience wonderful, it was my first time buying a house and it went so smoothly in a big part due to Lou's help. She walked me through the whole process and scheduled all the necessary inspections for the house that I wanted. She also worked with my mortgage broker to put in a very competitive bid on another property that I was interested in, but unfortunately was outbid on. I would definitely recommend working with Lou if you have a chance!

Lou was a wonderful realtor! She was friendly, communicative, and helpful. She went out of her way to meet as at the house multiple times throughout the process, recommend contractors for bids, communicate regularly via texts and phone calls, and give us guidance when we needed it. As first-time home buyers, we felt comfortable with the whole process, thanks to Lou. Plus, she got $27,000 in seller credits back for us, which was a huge help. And to top it off, our toddler loves her!! We will happily work with Lou again.

Lou Chain is an absolute gem and a powerhouse realtor. She helped me get into a house that checked all my boxes that everyone around me kept telling me I couldn't have. Lou listened to me, she believed in me and fought right beside me, digging for options and solutions, directing me to a mortgage magi. She saw that I wasn't willing to give up and so neither did she until I had keys in my hands and she made the entire process feel so easy. Anyone who thinks they are not in a position to buy a house needs to team up with Lou and her friend Todd. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
