Jana Nazir and Suzanne Clark were great to work with. We felt like we were in good hands from the very beginning. We put our trust in them and took their advice on what/how to renovate, paint colors, when to put the house on the market, staging, etc. The interest rates were skyrocketing, but Jana sold our house in two months for more than we originally thought we would get! Amazing experience with Clark Collective & Jana Nazir! Jana sold my home quickly and got me a better deal than I thought possible. She provided guidance for tactfully staging the home while we still lived there day-to-day and also sourced reputable and affordable contacts for various improvement projects we completed in preparation for the sale. I had multiple offers over list-price in hand our first weekend on the market and Jana negotiated further favorable terms from there. I appreciate Janas commitment to detail and ability to quickly problem solve. She also proved to be a calming and anchoring presence in what can be an emotional transaction. Suzanne and Jana and the rest of their team helped me with the confusion and emotions of selling my house. They advised me on what I could do to make my house more attractive to potential buyers. Both of them explained fully the selling process and helped me during the negotiations. Their knowledge and professionalism helped my house sell faster that I expected at a price I was happy with. If I ever return to Portland and buy a house, I would hire them immediately.
