My wife and I had a live edge table that had a synthetic oil finish, which meant it looked very natural but was really delicate and sensitive to spills, scuffs, heat, etc. We wanted a refinish with more durability and after talking with a few woodworkers around Portland, we went with Stan and we're glad we did. He walked us through the process in great detail, made recommendations on updating the table's finish, but was never pushy. His team did quality work and we're very pleased with the finished product. He also answered texts/emails promptly and was patient with all of our questions. Would definitely use him again for future projects.

Stan is an amazing guy sorry I took so long to finally write this review. We were weeks out from opening our restaurant and could not find anyone to build our wooden table tops on time for opening day (or anything close to a reasonable price) Stan came thru, built these beautiful table tops, and had them ready for us on opening day! He even worked solo all thru Memorial Day to get these built on time. His pricing was very reasonable and fair. My business partner and I were super grateful for his work and I would use him again in a heartbeat Thanks Stan!

Stan did a phenomenal job re finishing our front doors. The transformation is stunning and looks so much better than the original. His attention to detail and eye for the aesthetics is amazing . We can't thank him enough for this.
